    Advisory reviews run at 72 and 24 hours before departure. If the route cannot operate as published, you move to another date at no extra cost.

    4. 15:00 Carpathian foothills rail segment with reserved seats, then back to Lviv.
    5. 19:30 Dinner in the old town. Meal: not included; route notes list six places within a 10-minute walk

Every departure runs to the same standard. Amounts on the departure calendar are the full sum due.

  • Every entrance fee named in the day-by-day itinerary, plus national park permits
  • Local transfers between station, hotel and each stop
  • English-speaking guide on every route, maximum 12 travellers per departure

  • Personal travel insurance and any medical costs
  • Meals taken outside the listed meal plan

How we decide where a weekend can run

We operate only in areas currently served by commercial tourism operators and outside official travel advisory zones. If a region changes status, the route is withdrawn rather than rerun on a shortened schedule.

  1. 72 h before departureWe re-check the region status, the rail operator bulletin and the accommodation confirmation for every stop on the timetable.
  2. 24 h before departureA second review runs against the same three sources. If anything has moved, you hear from us before you leave home.
  3. 48 h minimumAny schedule change is sent in writing at least 48 hours ahead, with the new departure time, the new return time and the refund option.

Our commitment

If we cancel a departure for a reason within our control, you receive a full refund or a move to another date at the same price, whichever you prefer. Refunds are processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.
