Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of physicsdrift.com and tour bookings. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Operator Identification

physicsdrift.com is operated by a sole proprietorship (PE) registered in Ukraine, EDRPOU 38396969, located at 12 Svobody Avenue, Lviv, 79000, Ukraine. Contact: contact@physicsdrift.com, +380 985 940 4382. Managing Director: Sara Garcia. This information is provided under Article 7 of Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 on Electronic Commerce.

2. Booking and Contract

You may book tours via the website. A contract is concluded when we confirm your booking by email. Pre-contractual information, including itinerary, safety, insurance, price, and cancellation terms, is provided as required by Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР of 15 September 1995 on Tourism.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are in UAH unless stated otherwise. Payment methods are shown at checkout. We may change prices before booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel under the terms shown at booking. Refunds are processed within 14 days. Distance contracts give you withdrawal rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 on Protection of Consumer Rights.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, comply with local laws, and not misuse the site. You are responsible for travel documents and insurance, and must follow safety instructions. We are not liable for disruptions caused by martial law or occupied-territory restrictions under Law of Ukraine No. 389-VIII of 12 May 2015 on the Legal Regime of Martial Law and Law of Ukraine No. 1207-VII of 15 April 2014 on Ensuring the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens and the Legal Regime in the Temporarily Occupied Territory of Ukraine.

6. Personal Data and Cookies

We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 on Personal Data Protection. We use cookies only with your informed consent, except strictly necessary technical storage, per Article 105 of Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020 on Electronic Communications.

7. Language

Consumer and advertising information is provided in Ukrainian as required by Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII of 25 April 2019 on Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language. This English translation is for convenience; the Ukrainian version prevails.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Send complaints to contact@physicsdrift.com. We aim to resolve disputes amicably. You may also use out-of-court dispute resolution as described in Law No. 3153-IX. Advertising is governed by Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР of 3 July 1996 on Advertising.
