Departures 1 May to 31 July. Prices are per traveller in UAH and cover transport, accommodation and the entrance fees named in the inclusion table.

Seat counts update after each confirmed booking. Schedule changes are sent in writing at least 48 hours ahead, and a departure never carries more than 12 travellers. Ask about a date on the booking request form.

Route facts

Included and not included

Every weekend route is quoted against the same base, so the two columns below hold for all departures listed on this page. Meals are counted per person, accommodation is priced per room on a twin basis, and all local transport between stops is covered.

Included in the price

  • Accommodation, 2 nights. Twin room in a 3-star hotel or a verified guest house, both breakfasts included.
  • Meals: 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 dinner. Set menus at partner kitchens; vegetarian option on request when booking.
  • Transport. Return second-class rail seats plus coach transfers between every stop on the itinerary.
  • Entrance fees. All museums, fortresses, caves and parks named in the route.
  • Guide. English-speaking guide throughout, maximum 12 travellers per departure.

Not included

  • Travel to the departure station. The group meets on the platform; your fare to the start point is yours.
  • Personal travel insurance. Required on all routes; arrange it before departure.
  • Drinks with meals. Coffee, wine and soft drinks are billed separately at the venue.
  • Optional extras. Cable cars, spa entry and horse riding are paid locally if you choose them.
  • Souvenirs, tips and personal spending. Gratuities for the guide and driver stay discretionary.

Nothing else is charged on the route. Departure and return times are published exactly as they operate, and any schedule change reaches you in writing at least 48 hours ahead. Questions about one date go to the booking request form.

Travel notes

What to know before your weekend departs

Meeting points, packing, local restrictions, insurance and cancellation, stated as they apply on the dates you book. Your confirmation email repeats all of it in writing.

Meeting point

Every route departs from Lviv Railway Station, main concourse, under the departure board. Your guide stands there 45 minutes before the departure time printed on your booking and holds a route card with the route name.

Check in between 45 and 15 minutes before departure. If you are running late, call +380 985 940 4382 before departure time. Departures carry a maximum of 12 travellers and the guide cannot hold the transport.

One soft bag or cabin case per traveller. Larger luggage stays in Lviv; we can advise on left-luggage points in the city centre.

Curfew and local restrictions

We follow the curfew hours in force in each oblast at the time of travel. Evening activities are scheduled to end in time for the group to reach the accommodation before curfew begins, and the guide confirms the current hours with you at check-in.

We operate only in areas currently served by commercial tourism operators and outside official travel advisory zones. The guide reviews official advisories at 72 and 24 hours before departure; if a schedule change is needed, you receive written notification at least 48 hours before departure, with the alternative date, route or refund set out in that message.

If an air-raid alert sounds, follow the guide to the nearest marked shelter and remain there until the all-clear. Alert procedures are explained in the pre-departure brief.

Insurance

Travel insurance is required for every traveller on every departure. The policy must cover medical treatment and emergency evacuation and must be valid for the full trip dates, including travel to and from the meeting point.

Send the insurer name and policy number with your booking confirmation at least 7 days before departure. Travellers without valid cover cannot join the group.

Cancellation terms

Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure, with a full refund to the original payment method within 10 working days. From 6 days to 48 hours before departure, 50 percent is refunded. Inside 48 hours no refund is issued, but you may transfer the booking to another traveller at no cost.
